Create photo timelines easily with Softimeline.

You needn’t be a screen writer, art director, or computer whiz
to produce a first class, interactive, visual timeline project.

Step 1: Define your Project

Example of a Corporate Profile timeline.You simply define your project in a dialog box like the one above, and Softimeline creates a Home Screen similar to the example on the left.

Here’s how easy it is to create Bar Segments:

The Bar Segment defined above appears in its position (on the left) on your Home Page. (The bar and grid can scroll to show where it ends.)

Now, before we can add a thumbnail photo to the Bar Segment, we need to create an Event Page. Show Me >

Step 2: Create an Event Page >

Choose an example
below... the top three are
motion demos.

1. Choose a Color Theme from the scrolling list.

2. Choose your Categories from a scrolling list or create your own Categories.

3. Gather the Categories for your new project. (Up to 12.)

4. Choose Timeslice units from minutes to millennia.

5. Choose Timeslice Intervals (vertical spacing) between gridlines.

6. Select Start and End Dates from the scrolling wheels.

7. Give your project a title.

8. How often do you want the grid line labels to appear?

9. Click OK.

1. Choose from your list of Categories.

2. Name the Bar Segment.

3. Define the Start and End dates for the Bar Segment.

4. A Bar Segment can have a Label which appears in the browsing mode when the mouse cursor passes over the Segment. Or not.

5. Click OK.
